Jesus Gave THANKS for Us When We Could Not – So That We Could! (Thanks to God’s Yearning Love for Us)

For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die. But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us- Romans 5:6-8. Jesus did not put his money where his mouth is – he put his entire body where we were, separated from God, fallen from grace, and sinful to the core. However, The Lord Jesus the same night in which he was betrayed took bread: And when he had given thanks, he brake it, and said, Take, eat: this is my body, which is broken for you: this do in remembrance of me– I Corinthians 11:23-24. Remembrances for our Savior with our everlasting thankfulness – it’s a wonderful thing.” ~LMJ~
