Accepted in the Beloved

To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein {God’s grace} he hath {past tense} made us accepted in the beloved– Ephesians 1:6. God made us totally accepted in the beloved; the beloved is Jesus Christ, for we are now eternally in Christ. The words made us accepted means highly favored. These are the same words in the Greek Text that the Angel used for Mary in Luke 1:28, for she conceived the Son of God. We also have received the seed of Christ, (not for 9 months, but forever), thus we are highly favored of God. This is the greatest present that God ever gave to humanity, and it is our joy and privilege to know that we have received the greatest gift ever given, and that it is ours for eternity.” ~LMJ~
