“After you have believed and confessed in your heart as Romans 10:9 and 10 prescribes, then the first thing that God asks you for is to receive rather than to pay out in some way. Honestly, our heavenly Father desires that you begin enjoying His many blessings, His grace, His mercy, His healing Word, and for His children to grow at their own pace with the intended profit, which His Prophets wrote into the Word of life. God’s Word reveals to believers divine promises and these are given to us with His lovingkindness for our believing, and being thankful for these is the appropriate response and conclusion for receiving salvation and the blessings that follow.” ~LMJ~
-9: That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
-10: For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
