Our Christian Walk with the Father Is

“Our Christian walk with the Father is always a heartfelt spiritual journey into the ways of God and the more abundant life is the result. As a believer we were never called to stand alone, as was done often by individual believers throughout Old Testament times. We, in grace, however, are called into God’s household and His family, being individual members in the Church of God where each of us is important to God, Christ, and one another. Wherefore receive ye one another, as Christ also received us to the glory of God– Romans 15:7. Glory literally means a manifestation of power, and here in Romans the glory of God represents God having revealed Himself to us through the accomplishments of Christ (initially for us, and now eternally in us), and that we now have God’s permission and personal access to His manifested power. This is available to each believer because of Christ’s resurrection and ascension into heaven, who is now standing at the right hand of God making intercession for us (Romans 8:34).” ~LMJ~
