Acquiring True Secrets (The Location of the Code)

There is a God in heaven that revealeth secrets– Daniel 2:28. Many of the secrets and mysteries of life and creation are indeed hidden, but not in secret codes, not in ancient symbols. Not in passwords or hush-hush handshakes of covert societies around the world. Not in assorted and sundry relics buried beneath churches and scattered around the world in ancient ruins and caves, or placed in the arts and primeval engravings and primitive ciphers, or veiled in various and sundry archaic languishes, but are laid out for you in the words of life in spectacular detail, in what God makes so very plain throughout His Word!” ~LMJ~

The Trimmings of the Old Nature Binds Us ─ The Adorning of the New Nature Emancipates Us

“I could take the time to tell you how sinful the old man nature is, but I would not be telling you anything new (Isaiah 59:12), because we have lived with this nature our whole lives. Indeed, the world is full of very good people and kind deeds, but the nature of sin is also everywhere, just pick up a newspaper or watch the news and you know what you will find. Focusing on sin and its motions is the diet that the world feeds itself on, and the more they do, the worse the outlook and apparent destiny of man looks. But because of the new creation there is an escape, it is in Christ, and it is much more profitable to tell you that most assuredly we have a getaway that leads us out from that old nature. We have a new and eternal nature in Christ, one separate from the course of this world– Ephesians 2:2; it is our promised emancipation to be in Christ, and he earned this for us in the first century!” ~LMJ~

In Christ

Written by Larry M. Jaynes:

II Corinthians 4:15-16:
-15:  For all things are for your sakes {promised to us in the Church Epistles}, that the abundant grace might through the thanksgiving of many redound {to give over the top in thankfulness} to {for} the glory of God.
-16:  For which cause {for the abundant grace contained in the Epistles, which causes us to be bountifully thankful in our giving glory back to our God} we faint not {we will never get tired of thanking God for His abundant grace}; but though our outward man perish {although we continue getting older}, yet the inward man is renewed day by day.

The greatness of being a believer is that no matter our current age, we can always put on in our minds the truths recorded is His healing Word, and we may continuously be renewed in the spirit of our minds with truth. In the Epistles the children of God who walk before Him are never called “has-beens” or considered “over the hill,” for the inward man (the Christ within) can always grow as we are encouraged to believe God’s Word and reap the positive rewards promised.

Galatians 4:19 – My little children {from God’s point of view we are always His precious children}, of whom I travail in birth again until Christ be formed in you.

Having Christ formed in you represents the time span that it would take from the point of our salvation until we begin truly realizing our own spiritual light (the new man), and its source, and the learning and knowing of the Christ within (created and placed there by God), and our absolute realization and complete belief of it. When the Word of God really begins lifting our life up and out of the old nature and we begin relying on God’s Word as the words of life and our daily spiritual food, then Christ will be completely formed within our conscious mind. At that point in time when Christ is formed in us, we can spiritually begin growing and shining with effervescence in God’s spiritual light. Then we will also be “in Christ” and true spiritual understanding becomes new in the mind and alive in the heart as divine inspirations begin directing our paths.

Galatians 6:15 – For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision, but a new creature {new creation}.

This new creation is the spirit that God created in us, it is our “new nature in Christ,” and this new nature places the Christian believers on a spiritual journey with God that continues until the return of Christ when we receive our new spiritual bodies that will be totally renewed in spiritual perfection. The word availeth literally means that we can become strong in our spiritual life, the new creation strengthens plus enhances our walks with the heavenly Father, for the new creation shows us the true strength that Christ within continues giving to us (Philippians 4:13).

II Corinthians 5:17 – Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature {creation}: old things {in the mind, the old nature} are passed away; behold, all things are become {becoming} new {in our understanding}.

Having Christ within us is our ticket to heaven. In contrast, being “in Christ” is when we are walking with the healing Word of God in our daily lives. As we continue putting on the mind of Christ, the true impressions of Christ will rise to the surface of reason and understanding, and this will present to us unmistakable revelations and inspirations that we truly are in Christ.

God Is Light

Written by Larry M. Jaynes:

 I John 1:5:
This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.

What a divine message this is to declare to the children of God, that “God is light,” and in Him there is no darkness at all! Growing up I thought that God brought harm to His children when they made mistakes. Nevertheless, if this were true, then there certainly would be darkness in Him; however, and thankfully our “God is light,” and He is the essence of life, energy, and creation.

Ephesians 5:8:
For ye were sometimes {in} darkness {before salvation}, but now are ye light in the Lord: walk as children of light:

In our last study, we saw that “God is Spirit,” and we were encouraged in the Scriptures to walk in the spirit, and now we see that “God is light” and we are encouraged to walk as children of light. When we walk in the light of God’s Word, we indeed walk in God Who is light!

I Thessalonians 5:5a:
Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: . . .

Indeed, we are “the children of light, and the children of the day.” “Children of the day” is a description of us today, for every day we are now and always will be God’s precious children. “Beloved, now are we the sons of God” declares the message in I John 3:2, because it is so. Even though sometimes you might think – “I’m more like a child of the night,” remember that there is nothing that you could do so wrong that you were no longer your earthly mother and father’s son or daughter – the same is true of us as God’s precious family.

James 1:17-18:
-17: Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above {from God}, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning. {Because God emanates light from every direction leaving no shadow, thus, “in Him is no darkness at all.”}
-18: Of his own will begat he us with the word of truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures {creation}.

Isn’t the Word of God so inspiring? We were “begat” (or begotten), meaning that we are born into God’s light, and into His very own household (Ephesians 2:19), and we verify this throughout “the word of truth.” The more we discover the “Father of lights,” the more light is introduced into our lives allowing us to see the treasure we are and illuminating the treasures we truly have in Christ.

When walking in the light one can discover the warmth of the Father’s eternal embrace, for as God is light, so are you in this world!

I Am Aware of Why I Am!

“I Am Aware – I Am – Me ─ A Man (At Least, I Think of Me – Therefore I Am – Somebody…)

When God breathed in man, into the formed dust of the earth, man was made to be more than the sum of his total parts, man became aware of himself, a living soul breathing upon the creation of God ─ a Man!

Aware I Am – His Man  I Am  ─ Amen (At Last, I Think on Him – Therefore I Am – His Child!)

When God created spirit in the formed and made man, man became aware that his spiritual life was created with the sum of his total parts to fellowship with his Maker upon the creation of God ─ Amen!” ~LMJ~
