Every man also to whom God hath given riches and wealth, and hath given him power to eat thereof, and to take his portion, and to rejoice in his labour; this is the gift of God.
“Wow, to be happy, joyful, and wealthy is a gift of God, yet this is almost an unheard of concept in today’s world, especially for all too many Christians. This gift does not necessarily mean that God will cause you to be rich beyond your wildest dreams, but He certainly wants you to have enough stuff to enjoy the more abundant life. We read in Philippians 4:19, my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus, and this is still true right now in the continuous present tense. There is nothing wrong with having money or being rich, as God’s will is for His children to have all of their need supplied ― abundantly.” ~LMJ~
“The Christian lifestyle is certainly wonderful as we continue learning about the bountifulness of God and our believing faith unlocks the vast supplies of His heavenly storehouse. In Psalms 50:10 God says that He owns cattle upon a thousand hills. This is a small portion of God’s abundance and your inheritance. The implication of Psalms 50:10 is that God can afford to reward those who diligently seek Him (Matthew 6:33, 7:7-8, and Hebrews 11:5). So today, enjoy the search, experience the joy, and rejoice as you receive the riches of your heavenly Father through your believing-faith to receive, because God is a rewarder.” ~LMJ~
“Fellowship literally means a full sharing; it is having a partnership, enjoying an equal portion. However, do you know the question that stumps many people? Why did God call me? Well, He called you because He knew that you would believe His Word. We read in II Timothy 2:13 that, If we believe not, yet he abideth faithful: he cannot deny himself. You see, our God is a faithful Creator– I Peter 4:19. Fellowship is our escape, fellowship is our freedom from bondage, fellowship is receiving our ability that our faithful God provides, and we only need to hear our calling to be truly walking within this calling of heavenly fellowship with heaven’s holiest. When we are in fellowship with God, He would move heaven and earth to keep our fellowship in perfect working order because He is faithful! I Thessalonians 5:24 tells us, Faithful is he that calleth you!” ~LMJ~
