Removed All the Way to Being Close

“There was a time that I believed that I was so far removed from God that hell was to be my ultimate destiny, for I believed I was a sinner and had no rights to heavenly blessings, and I believed this with all my heart, and obviously I feared the end of my life. But with the believing faith of my Savior, who is my hero and everything to me, I can boldly say with believing conviction, I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me– Galatians 2:20. What made the transformation in my thinking and in my inner heart? The faith of Jesus Christ; his faith now flows through my heart and assures me that God loves me completely! I now know effortlessly that I am justified and sanctified and that I have peace with God through the faith of the Son of God.” ~LMJ~

God’s Messenger

“We can track God’s messenger, Jesus Christ through the Word of God, for he is the golden thread that runs through the millennia of time in Scripture revealing himself as man’s complete Savior. Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name {Jesus Christ} under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved– Acts 4:12.” ~LMJ~

See the Father

“Jesus said to Philip, he that hath seen {or perceived} me hath seen the Father– John 14:9, for it is through Jesus’ eyes that God not only becomes clearly known, but also a relationship with the Father (i.e., your heavenly Father) blossoms into something very meaningful. Then your heavenly Father is not just out there somewhere in nebulous particles of thought, space, and time, but everywhere as well as in your heart, and you will be enabled to see and acknowledge Him as your Creator, real, and at work in your life (Psalms 139:8-10, Philippians 2:13), For in him we live, and move, and have our being- Acts 17:28.” ~LMJ~

Life on This Earth Is Short

“Life on this earth is short in the scope of eternity; for the life of man in the Bible is called a vapour, and/or a blade of grass that is here today and gone with the wind in a moment of time (I Peter 1:24, James 4:19). We have only our life to walk with God, and have only a short space of time to open our hearts to experience our Redeemer, yet we have the assured hope of eternity to enjoy the rewards for our believing actions that we take today.” ~LMJ~
